Las Vegas

Als ich Anfang 1999 angefangen hatte mich für Rap und HipHop zu interessieren, gab es für mich eigentlich nur Rapper/Rapperinnen bzw. Rapgruppierungen von der Westcoast und der Eastcoast der USA. Daraus sind es mittlerweile jeweils 13 an der Zahl von jeder Coast geworden! Hier werden sie mit ihren jeweiligen (Studio-)Alben aufgelistet. EPs, Soundtracks, Tributes, Mixtapes, "Unplugged", "Greatest Hits", "... and Friends" und "... presents ..." CDs finden keine Berücksichtigung; mir fiel es schon schwer genug CDs von Rappern aufzulisten, die nach ihrem jeweiligen Tod erschienen sind. Ich besitze übrigens alle diese CDs im Original (soweit als CD noch veröffentlicht), also nicht gebrannt oder sowas!

Anfang 2009 (also genau 10 Jahre später) hatte ich angefangen mich auch für HipHop aus den Südstaaten zu interessieren. Der Rap von hier hatte allerdings spätestens bereits seit dem Jahr 2000 durch das erste Album von Nelly (Country Grammar) Wichtigkeit erlangt.
